WARRANTY POLICY

Once in a blue moon, you may have some questions about our product. Before you return anything, why don’t you write to us at info@GamingHQ.in . We will work with you to make things right and get you back in the game! If the product still doesn’t work for you, you can return the product under our no questions asked return policy subject to the conditions set out below. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us on www.GamingHQ.in. For purchases made with any other distributor, please contact the relevant distributor.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS


12 months warranty on following parts – Armrests, Base, Hydraulic gas lift, Castor Wheels, Tilting mechanism, recliner mechanism ONLY. If damage or missing any part during delivery, we deliver the damaged or missing part at your location.

Subject the following :

• To benefit under this warranty, we must be notified of any defect within 10 days after receiving the product, of the occurrence of such defect via an image and video of the relevant defect sent electronically to info@GamingHQ.in
•Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part only.
•Any replacement parts shall be sent to the address of the original purchaser.

What our warranty does not cover

For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover following :
• Wear and tear of PU Leather/Fabric, including but not limited to cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water flood, fire, or other acts of nature external causes.
• Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the products.
• Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Gaming HQ.
